Hi, I am Chenery, cisgender woman, owner and operator of the new Chenerology Electrology an electrolysis clinic right in downtown Fairview, Oregon. I was born and raised into an Irish Catholic family in The beautiful PNW. I was always the child that didn't fit in. Not at school not at church not at home not anywhere. I am dyslexic, so teachers, parents and students thought I was lazy, I was always overweight and have been on a diet from birth.. I always was a little louder of a child, coloring outside the lines, come to find out I have a little ADHD. The only person who made me feel normal was my Father. As a child of divorced parents, I never got to see him as much as I wanted to. If at all. When he was around me the earth stood still just long enough for me to breathe and then as soon as I exhaled he would be gone and I would be sad then nothing I ever did was right. As I grew I learned and adapted then developed into the funky, cooky crazy girl that I am.
I have spent the last 25+ years in the healthcare field. Doing everything from Phlebotomy, autopsy and most recently as an EMT and instructor of phlebotomy.. All of which require great hand eye coordination, Which is wonderful because I am a visual learner. I have seen the bad, the good and the ugly of healthcare system. I also spent 6 months in India on a medical mission for the El Shaddai FoundationI. I have worked mostly at local hospitals. I feel I needed a change and when the opportunity came my way to not only be the individual that I am, to work for myself but to also care for others as I wish they had cared for me along the way. Well, I was all in. I am here if you don't feel that you belong, if no one understands you, if your overweight not understood, come here you belong with me. I know how you feel and I am here to welcome all to the world of Chenery!

Our technology is the only FDA-approved method of permanent hair removal. Chenery, that's me, is highly trained with the newest machines and latest techniques so you can be confident that you're in good hands at Chenerology. We understand that hair removal can be expensive. That's why we offer flexible payment options to make our services more accessible. We work with our clients to find a payment plan that fits their budget. I am working hard to become a provider with OHP, Kaiser and The VA. I will keep you updated with anything I hear. I also have a wonderful community affordability program called BEANS. I hope you check it out. I am open late night hours for those of you with so called "normal jobs". I also have a couple of early morning shifts available too. If there is a specific time or date that you need please let me know. I will go above and beyond for my clients and I don't mind doing so.
